Payment flows may be handled by payment providers. ClaudeU will not ask you to email full payment card information. Payment confirmation, refunds, disputes, and crediting may require payment-channel, order, and balance records.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, process payments, handle support, protect security, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Do not send login codes, full card details, or private secrets in support messages.

When no longer needed, records are deleted or de-identified according to business and compliance requirements.
