To provide ClaudeU, we may use email address, sign-in state, basic device or browser information, order and payment status, balance, usage, download access records, and content you choose to provide in support requests.

Purpose

We use information for sign-in, Desktop authorization, order confirmation, balance and usage display, refund or dispute handling, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, and necessary legal or payment-channel requirements.

Conversation content

Usage details include request time, model, usage, debit amount, and status. Raw questions and answers are not kept as billing details. If product capabilities change, we will update this policy.

Payments

Payment flows may be handled by payment providers. ClaudeU will not ask you to email full payment card information. Payment confirmation, refunds, disputes, and crediting may require payment-channel, order, and balance records.

Information sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the service, process payments, handle support, protect security, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Do not send login codes, full card details, or private secrets in support messages.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept for the period needed to provide the service, support security review, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different record types may have different retention periods.
