Terms of Service

These terms apply to ClaudeU website, Desktop authorization, balance recharge, billing, usage, and support services.

Service relationship

ClaudeU is an independent Desktop and Web user-center service. It is not an official Anthropic or Claude product. ClaudeU does not sell official accounts, replace official services, or offer official account resale or membership seats.

Account and sign-in

You may sign in or create a ClaudeU account with an email code. Make sure the email is controlled by you and protect login codes, devices, and browser sessions. Risks caused by unsafe account, email, or code handling belong to the account user.

  • Use your own email
  • Do not forward login codes
  • Sign in again or contact support if something looks wrong

Recharge, balance, and usage

Recharge purchases ClaudeU balance for the current signed-in account. Balance crediting, debits, order status, and usage follow what is shown in the user center. If payment is processing, keep the order ID and do not immediately purchase again.

  • Confirm email and amount before payment
  • Balance keeps model access available
  • Usage is debited by details

Refunds and disputes

Uncredited payments, suspected duplicate payments, abnormal orders, or payment-channel disputes can be submitted through support. Used balance cannot simply be fully reversed against the original order. If applicable law or payment-channel rules require a different outcome, those rules apply.

  • Resolution usually within 3 business days
  • Used balance is reviewed by records
  • Payment-channel rules may affect the result

Acceptable use

You may not use ClaudeU for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, security-bypass, service-attack, bulk-registration, interference, or upstream-policy-violating activity. ClaudeU may restrict, suspend, or require re-verification for abnormal use.

  • Do not attack or interfere with the service
  • Do not abuse account or payment flows
  • Do not bypass security and risk controls

Service changes and availability

ClaudeU works to maintain availability, but website, payment, model capability, download, and Desktop authorization may change due to maintenance, suppliers, network conditions, risk controls, or legal requirements. Current availability is shown on the status page.

Support and notices

The support entry is hello@claudeu.com. Routine support mail is usually answered within 24 hours; payment-channel, duplicate-payment, refund, risk, or legal issues may take longer. Do not email login codes, full payment card details, or sensitive secrets.

  • Include order ID or request ID
  • Do not send sensitive secrets

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClaudeU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Specific order, balance, or service issues are handled according to user-center details, applicable law, and payment-channel rules.
