Account and sign-in
You may sign in or create a ClaudeU account with an email code. Make sure the email is controlled by you and protect login codes, devices, and browser sessions. Risks caused by unsafe account, email, or code handling belong to the account user.

Recharge, balance, and usage
Recharge purchases ClaudeU balance for the current signed-in account. Balance crediting, debits, order status, and usage follow what is shown in the user center. If payment is processing, keep the order ID and do not immediately purchase again.

Refunds and disputes
Uncredited payments, suspected duplicate payments, abnormal orders, or payment-channel disputes can be submitted through support. Used balance cannot simply be fully reversed against the original order. If applicable law or payment-channel rules require a different outcome, those rules apply.

Acceptable use
You may not use ClaudeU for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, security-bypass, service-attack, bulk-registration, interference, or upstream-policy-violating activity. ClaudeU may restrict, suspend, or require re-verification for abnormal use.

Service changes and availability
ClaudeU works to maintain availability, but website, payment, model capability, download, and Desktop authorization may change due to maintenance, suppliers, network conditions, risk controls, or legal requirements. Current availability is shown on the status page.

The support entry is hello@claudeu.com. Routine support mail is usually answered within 24 hours; payment-channel, duplicate-payment, refund, risk, or legal issues may take longer. Do not email login codes, full payment card details, or sensitive secrets.
